2 tbsp of oil (could be olive or vegetable but I prefer vegetable oil)
2 tsp of bullion powder
1 tsp of thyme and curry
1/2 tps of garlic powder
A handful of basil optional
Salt to taste
How To Make:
Put water on the fire and pour a little salt in it
Put your spaghetti in the hot boiling water and leave for about 7 mins or till it's softer, then strain
Set aside the spaghetti
Blend your pepper, tomato, and half of your onion till it's smooth
Boil down the blended mixture in a pot on medium heat until it has thickened significantly
Chop the other half of your onion and set aside
Pour some oil into the pot then add the chopped onions and let sit for a minute
Then add the tomato paste and the boiled-down mixture into the pot
Add the chicken stock, thyme, curry, garlic powder, salt, and bullion powder.
Turn the heat to low and cover. It should be done in about 5 minutes. If not add some more water and leave for another 5 minutes or until it is fully cooked and the water has dried.
The basil can now be added but remember, it's optional
Serve. Enjoy your meal!!!!!
I admit though, it took me making this meal five times for me to perfect it. It is no 3 on my top 5 favorite foods. I hope you have fun making yours too.
