Ponche De Creme

Instructions

1. Beat eggs and lime peel together, until light and fluffy.
2. Add evaporated milk and stir.
3. Sweeten to taste with condensed milk.
4. Add Angostura Aromatic Bitters, grated nutmeg and rum
   according to one's taste.
5. Remove lime peel and serve with crushed ice.
